But there it was, staring us right in our faces. We never knew that would be the outcome. How could anyone really? At the time, it was but death staring us right in the face. In our history there was a version of what they did. I never would have thought we would reignite those traditions. Many did not approve. I don't blame them. How could we? The blood spilled on both sides was enough to reignite the war. But the treaty was there, allowing us to work alongside each other. And so that tradition became again, one long abandoned by us both. Here and now we stand as one, with our own Republic. Formidable against any foe we fight and die as brothers and sisters. We scour the galaxy in hopes of finding more to join us and grow our strength. And now, I send this message across the stars. I am the leader of the Guardians. I call out to you all, those worthy of joining us, to come forth and defend what is ours. Any and all planets that can support life, our life, is home. Erde Tyrene, Earth, is all our home. In the formidable battle against the covenant, humans and elites stood back to back, shoulder to shoulder, in defense of the last thing standing in the way of the prophets lies. From that point started what was known as the Great Republic. Small and unsturdy, the humans and elites who joined together left Earth in search for a new home, a new beginning. We call ourselves the Guardians of Erde Tyrene because that is where it all began, and we uphold our belief to continue our defense of it. Now with this message out there, we hope to hear in return. As a Guardian, you will uphold the very belief we have re adopted. That is the mixture of the Roman Spartan and Sangheili Warrior way of old. We value honor, courage, and strength. We help those who cannot help themselves. We fight nobly and give credit where it is due. We find no shame in admitting defeat. We will always find away to adapt and overcome. The road to becoming a Guardian is long and tedious, but we have faith in those who truly wish to become one of us. I plan on [GET] playing across all Halo games and well as all gametypes. I don't care about Kill:Death:Assist ratio. I care about playing as a team and winning as a team. I care about doing what is needed to be done. [GET] is a new clan, while many aspects of us haven't been set up, I can assure you they will (ranks, squads, etc.). For now I am focused on recruitment. If you are interested I would love to hear from you and set up a time where we can play many a match to see how you bode in game.
