Listen halo is much more than a game to me, and they are running it into the ground. This mcc was supposed to fix things, and let us "play halo 2 like you remember" well I remember actually being able to play halo 2 not disconnecting and playing 3v2s, etc... We need to make them accountable somehow because this is unacceptable.

The only things 343 Industries and Microsoft will do is demote or on a rare case, demote those in charge of the main areas that caused problems. It's gonna take at least a month longer for the vast majority to be able to play the game without any issues. Try back after Christmas and see how the game is compared to now.

To be fair, it's a modem/router's fault just as much as the server's fault for random disconnections. I've been a victim of this a few times (and after plenty of complaining to my ISP, it was fixed on my end), but the least you can do is be patient. Yeah, it'll test your patience and probably drive you insane (it's not a bad club to join, actually), but from what I've heard, they've been releasing patch after patch for weeks.

Plus, the way I remember playing Halo (CE, 2, & 3) was entirely solo. Only after beating the campaign a few times with my friends (system link, local coop) did I actually consider getting an XBL Gold subscription. But, that's just me.

You're calling them incapable.True Halo fan hates 343 because of issues. What, why?Anyway, there are already one or two topics about MCC issues, then what makes you think this one is going to be special?Give 'em damn time and space to make it work fine. You expected perfection, well buddy I'm going to dissapoint you because there is nothing perfect in this Universe.Keep loving Halo but give respect and support to 343Industries.Be patient or stop playing MCC. :)

Are you serious? People like you are what make this stunning failure of a launch that much worse. Do you know what happens if I don't do a job that I'm hired to do? I get fired. Typically speaking, such is the case for everybody in the working world. Everybody except 343i. Since this utter mess of a game was released, I've been shocked at the amount of people defending a company that is clearly in over its head in regards to their handling of the Halo franchise. You know, a week , maybe two, would have been an understandable amount of time to work through the myriad of issues that have plagued this husk of a game. It has now been over a month. Not to mention, some of these patches are one step forward, two steps back. You can sit there with your "life isn't always fair" rhetoric all you want, but in the real world, there are real consequences when you fail as pathetically as 343i has failed. The game is still broken, and they have no idea how to fix it. That's why we've been getting saturated with a bunch of half useless patches. It is incompetence.

Despicable.

It's because I'm a Halo fan that this crap, for lack of a better word, upsets me. I have high standards and hopes for this franchise. You know, like a functional game. I know that's asking for a lot these days, to actually get the product I paid for, when I paid for it. This is what happens when you hand a 16 year old the keys to a Ferrari, though.

Woot man???

If Bungie's first game was today, not 14 years ago,I bet u would criticize them in same way as u criticize 343Industries.Oh come on,you're comparing 16 y old boy with 343Industries?!

Just remember those posts when Halo 5: Guardians gets out.

Games have bad launches, it's sometimes unavoidable especially when combining 4 games into one compilation. Can't you see they're fixing it, slowly but surely. Bad launch? Yes. Bad game? No. "I know that's asking for a lot these days; to actually get the product I paid for" You DID get the product you paid for, you just need to expect problems when you're gonna be an early adopter. Playing the classic Halo games is ALWAYS worth the wait, and if you really loved those games you should feel the same way. Go play the game now, it's massively improved over its launch state and you get very little lag (or at least, I do) and if you can't find a game, try opening your NAT. If not, play other games.

I don't know what's point of this here?

We're trying for nothing to explain to some people how games works and that issues are expected. It's not enough to tell them to play other games, because you know, they feel insulted then. But they want us to agree with them.Otherwise we're ''bunch of kids'' defending ''uncapable'' 343Inudstries,which are also kids.As I've said before,if Bungie started making Halo games today, not 14 years ago, they would spit on them and judge them in same way like they're doing it about 343Industries.A question now,who is kid here?
