My choice would be assassins creed because its one of my favourite franchises of games and plus the storylines in games are amazing.

Halo, of course. But, for the sake of originality, Skyrim, or any other Elder scrolls game. The only problem is the major differences in storyline through 1 decision. Would still be cool.
"This is not your grave, but you are welcome in it" -Closing sentence, said on Regret .

"I? I am a monument to all your sins." -Introducing himself, said on Gravemind .

"This one is machine and nerve, and has its mind concluded. This one is but flesh and faith, and is the more deluded." -Said about the John-117 and then Thel 'Vadam, respectively, on Gravemind.

"There is much talk, and I have listened, through rock and metal and time. Now I shall talk, and you shall listen." -Said on Gravemind.

We exist together now, two corpses in one grave..." -Said on High Charity.

"Silence fills the empty grave, now that I have gone. But my mind is not at rest, for questions linger on. I will ask, and you will answer."

I don't even think Skyrim had any choice what so ever in the main story... well in the entire game you can barely make any decisions. Just one of the reasons why that game is awful.

I think Red Dead Redemption would be an awesome movie.

Halo and Assassin's Creed. I would say Battlefield but there are too many war movies and it could be like them.

Depending if it was done extremely well, Bioshock or Mass Effect. If pulled off correctly, they would be fantastic films.

Or course, Halo. But i'd love to see a Minecraft movie or series!

But seriously, Skyrim, or any elder scrolls game would make a great film.

Uhm, Modern Warfare 2, duh! It has incredible characterizations, draw dropping action, a tight, cohesive and logical plot, and a complex and subtle thematic over tone about the hypocrisy of middle class life. It is just the right length and has perfect pacing. It never gets repetive.

BUT, then again, maybe I'd rather see a movie about the fall of Reach.
Furthermore, I think Carthage should be destroyed.

The only trouble with some of these games being movies is the fact that you have to turn a game into 2hours and still have to make sense. Like the book The Hobbit the film adaptation is being split into two films and the book isn't that big. So you could imagine the content of Skyrim or halo in a film would span across many films

Has to be pacman XD

Joke well I don't know assassins creed would make a brilliant movie, and I heard something about a Gears film the other year.

Mass Effect, hands down. Bioware did an unreal job fleshing out not only the characters but the universe itself. It's all there, and the potential for the telling of new stories - or retelling old ones - is incredible
Let's make some corpses, lads! Eire go brea!

Assassin's Creed the game itself is full of plot twists, action, romance, sex, murder, betrayal.
It sounds like a movie already.

I really didn't think Skyrim's story was that great, the game was just fun.
and, also, this:

I think Red Dead Redemption would be an awesome movie.

But I would have to disagree with you about Skyrim being awful. It was my least favorite of the Elder Scrolls, but it was still pretty good.
If I have offended you in any way, I would like to use this space to apologize.

Halo! What else!? Lol
All who walk the blessed path will find salvation... Even in Death
Out of Darkness, these blades will light our way
Glory and Honor guide our ascension
On the blood of our fathers, on the blood of our sons
The true devotee honors our name with actions, not words
Victory is secured, not from the throne, but from the front lines
With this Sacrament of blood we journey into the divine beyond
