(18 June 2019 - 10:22 AM)Yea the arena feel and movement style of the original trilogy was unique. I think the changes that we saw in competitive Halo 5 gave it a unique feel as well since they took out loadouts and such and made it into a faster moving version of Halo with more focus on manual dexterity. Anyone who could control faster and more steadily generally won the battle
(18 June 2019 - 09:36 AM)The reason people en mass want a more Halo 3-2 feel, is because Halo was unique in the facr that it dudnt rely on gimmicky mechanics for multiplayer or start players off with a complete set of advatage/disadvantage loadouts. It was an even playing field with simple aim/shoot/strafe play, and it required more skill and tactical teamwork to pull off a victory. Clearing a room wasnt as simple as respawning with a power weapon, dropping into the enemy with a ground slam and blasting them away.
